An E-mail will be sent to the student to notify their application has been accepted. Student also can call directly to the office from time to time to check their application status.
If there is still no status on your application, please notify us ASAP for confirmation.
All payment for accommodation MUST be made through JomPay (Internet & Mobile Banking) or Cash Payment at Kolej Dahlia Office.
All new and approved application will be charged an administrative fee of RM185.00 and a Refundable Deposit of RM500.
Administrative fee includes one (1) quality set of bedsheet and pillow case. The Refundable Deposit is MANDATORY and will be used to cover the damage(s) done to the room (if any) and/or apartment (if any) according to the actual cost of repair.
You can get your deposit back upon check-out and filling the ‘Request For Fund Return”, it will be processed and bank-in within 4-8 weeks.
Yes, you can pay your hostel fee on MONTHLY basis, but it is encouraged to paid up-front (SEMESTER).
