NEWS AND HIGHLIGHTS

This MoA on consultancy project relate to the research and study on the applications and the environmental safety of manganese slags generated by OM Sarawak in its production of silicon manganese alloy.

UNIMAS Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned company of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak which is actively involved in education, training and various research activities in multiple areas and UHSB has entered into various collaborative arrangements with both private and government to enhance its research and consultancy competency.

Whereas our client OM Materials (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., is a subsidiary of OM Holdings Ltd which is listed on both ASX and Bursa Malaysia. OM Sarawak operates a manganese alloy and ferroalloy smelter at the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy's (SCORE) Samalaju Industrial Park. The plant's operation is powered predominantly by hydropower.
