Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between
UNIMAS Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and StarBI Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
This MoU signifies a shared commitment to explore Digital Transformation opportunity in Sarawak
by leveraging each other respective strengths that can create a mutually beneficial partnership
that enables both parties to penetrate digitization market in Sarawak.
UNIMAS Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned company of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak which is actively involved in education, training and various research activities in multiple areas and UHSB has entered into various collaborative arrangements with both private and government to enhance its research and consultancy competency.
Whereas our propose partner StarBI Solutions Sdn. Bhd., is a company specialize in Business Intelligence which provide Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Visualization and Data Engineering.
